Refund policy
At Nadira, we are committed to offering products that reflect the highest quality and design. To ensure your peace of mind, we strictly follow Egyptian consumer protection regulations regarding refunds and exchanges.
1. Your Right to Refund or Exchange
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications, this right is extended to 30 days.
2. Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all labels attached.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) or Order number must be provided.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges will not apply if:
The product was damaged due to misuse, poor storage, or mishandling by the customer.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used (bank Transfer, InstaPay, or mobile wallet).
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the item is returned and inspected.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. Exchange Policy
Each product can be exchanged once only, unless it is defective.
If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
